Happy Halloween! Even though this holiday isn’t my favorite, it’s a fun once to celebrate with kids. (Plus a wonderful excuse to eat tons of candy.)
Yesterday we went to a Halloween parade, which was adorable until the skies opened and it started pouring rain and we sprinted back to the car as fast as we could (we still got soaked). Georgie dressed up in her monkey costume, which she loved. She’s obsessed with monkeys and got so excited to see herself in the mirror looking like one. She kept the ears AND mittens on for a solid 30 minutes, which was sort of incredible. She’s going to wear it again tonight when we go trick or treating on Main Street. I’m excited to check out all of the costumes, and even more excited to get home and dig into Georgie’s candy 😉
Look at that precious little monkey face, straining to see all of the crazy costumes at the parade.

For gym class today Georgie wore her candy leggings and top from Cat & Jack, the best little line ever at Target. Her pumpkin hair clip managed to stay in most of the morning which was a massive success in my eyes. Putting it on her little top ponytail (instead of clipping it to the side of her hair) is the only way I can sneak it on these days.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
P.S. These frozen banana ghosts are adorable, and look delicious.
