I talked about my bedtime routine here, but in a much more condensed version, here are the three things that I rely on each and every night when I get into bed.
Aesop Baume Aromatique // This hand cream is without a doubt the best I have ever used. It has a wonderful, faintly fruity scent, goes on easily but is super hydrating and lasts forever. I got the tube above for Christmas last year and it’s only just running out. I love this stuff.
Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm // I have approximately 8 tubes of Burt’s Bees that I use on a consistent basis. One in my diaper bag, one in my medicine cabinet, one right next to the front door, one in the stroller caddy, etc. It has no bad ingredients, and I love how moisturizing it is, especially in the summer months when my lips tend to get really dry. I love the natural one and the pink grapefruit one and the coconut and pear one best for the day, but at nighttime, the peppermint one is my favorite. It tingles a little when you put it on and it smells divine. I buy in bulk!
Lavender Spray // I used to love this pillow spray, and now make my own which smells just as delicious but is not nearly as expensive. I add 20 drops of lavender oil and cold water to a spray bottle, shake and that’s it. It lasts for months and then I refill. Lavender really is the most relaxing scent. (I also love using this lotion on Georgie post-bath.)
