What a week! Last Sunday at 2:30am, Georgina woke up with croup, which meant a trip to the emergency room. She did great (and I only cried a little!) and started feeling better really fast after getting the medicine, but she has had a lingering cough and runny nose all week (this & this have helped hugely during nap and nighttime). The weather in New York has been so terrible and rainy and grey and chilly, and Tom has had a hugely busy week at work and I felt like I couldn’t get on top of anything all week, but last night we had a delicious, crazy indulgent dinner at Zuma and today is Friday, so all is ok.
Here’s hoping the rain holds out on Sunday so we can spend Mother’s Day at the Botanical Gardens as planned. Have a wonderful weekend, and HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to all you amazing, wonderful, incredible mom’s!!

I need this summer hat (that won’t crush when you pack it – genius).
Also need this t-shirt, even though I’m not pregnant 😉
