I’ve said it here before, but the more and more Georgie learns to talk and communicate, the bigger my heart swells. She had a huge developmental bump this week (which is often accompanied by extra amounts of sleep – no complaints here!) and she now says ‘yes’ in addition to ‘no’ (well, she says ‘yea’ but we are working on that) and is able to communicate her needs to me. For example, she says ‘I hungry’ or simply ‘food’ when she wants something to eat, and the other night at 5:15pm she grabbed her blankey, started climbed the stairs and said, ‘bed. sleepy.’ Precious 🙂
This weekend we are checking out some holiday festivities in town. The village has its tree lighting tomorrow evening, so there are tons of events beforehand, like craft making and bake sales, and what’s sure to be Georgina’s favorite – the fire station opens its doors and lets kiddos in to check out the trucks. Country life, I love you.
Have a wonderful weekend!!

As if I needed another reason to love the royal family. Also, Prince William calling Prince Georgie a ‘right little rascal‘ might just be the best thing ever.
