Happy Halloween weekend!
I went out with some lovely mom friends last night and had one too many glasses of wine, which has resulted in a slower-than-usual morning over here.
Tom left super early for D.C. where he is spending the day for work, and for some reason our building is having trick-or-treating today instead of tomorrow, so unfortunately Tom will miss Georgie’s first trick-or-treating experience. Such a bummer, but we are also going to a little party tomorrow all together, so we will properly celebrate Halloween then!
Georgie’s costume is (drumroll please…) this adorable homemade cotton candy confection. My version isn’t quite as well done, but I did my best and can’t wait to see how adorable she looks when it’s on. Also, yay for fun-size candy!
