This week was a fun, festive one. There are wreaths and twinkling lights all around the city, and we brought Georgina to meet Santa! She adored him and it was very sweet. (If you plan on taking your kiddos to Santaland, go here and get a free Express Pass. No lines! Amazing!)
This time next week we will be in England which I am so excited about. We are there for three weeks, spending the bulk of our time with family just outside of London, then down to Devon for Christmas, then up to Edinburgh to stay at a cozy little hotel and see some friends, then down to Newcastle for New Years and then back to New York early January. It’s slightly ambitious, but hopefully our half English baby girl will take it all in stride.
I will be spending the weekend baking dozens of m&m cookies (’tis the season!), writing holiday cards and soaking up this lovely time of year with Tom and Georgie.
