Better late than never with a Christmas post, right?! 🙂 Georgina’s first Christmas was wonderful. She obviously didn’t really know what was going on, but she loved spending the day with her aunts and uncles and cousins, playing with tons of fun wrapping paper and eating yummy food. Here are a few pics!
We started the morning by having Georgina open a present in bed, then headed downstairs for breakfast.
Georgie had her beloved eggy bread (french toast) and her even more beloved croissants. She ate a sort of intense amount of croissants for breakfast in England, but I figured since we were on vacation and it was Christmas, why not?!
^These faces!!!
^Cheeks.
Present opening is always so sweet with little ones. This picture above cracks me up because it was Georgie’s reaction to the camera’s flash! Precious!! She’s sitting on her adorable Auntie Hana’s lap. Georgie was enamored with her from the start.
Georgie napped while we all had lunch, then she had a glorious Christmas dinner with all of the yummy leftovers – turkey and stuffing and yorkshire pudding and potatoes and carrots and parsnips. She was a very content little girl. After she ate we hung out in the cozy living room for awhile and soaked up the Christmas-ness before bath and bed. Once Georgie was down, we had some wine and ate our weight in chocolate, because Cadbury. Yay for Christmas!
